We totally get it — sometimes things just don’t work out.

You can return items within 30 day of receiving your order as long as:

It’s in the same condition you got it and unused.

You’ve got your proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

It’s not one of our non-returnable items (see below).

Note: Return shipping is on you unless the item came damaged or we made a mistake — then, of course, we’ll handle it!

EXCHANGES

Got a damaged item? No worries, babe.

Just fill out our contact form with a photo of the issue and your order number. Once we approve it, we’ll sort out your exchange ASAP. Easy peasy ✨

Once we get your return and check it over, we’ll send you an update.

If it’s all good, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 7 business days.

COLLECTION: Our usual hours for collection are 11am - 5pm Monday - Friday. if this differs we will let you know!

EXPRESS: £4.47

NEXT DAY DELIVERY: £7.65 (please note next day delivery cut off times for the UK are stated at the checkout)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

You may be required to pay a customs charge/duty tax to the shipping company, please note you as the customer are liable to pay this charge, this charge is not issued by The lash rodeo.
